Davor Rostuhar reveals the details of the expedition to the South Pole

We will have many fantastic speakers at the Conference and will close it with a person who, thanks to an idea, his willpower and the desire for achievement, realized the unbelievable - Davor Rostuhar. The author of 6 travel books and photography project "National Geographic’s Croatia from the Air" will recount the details of his latest enterprise - the expedition to the South Pole, which lasted for 47 days, during which he crossed 1163 km on his own, without food delivery, dragging all the equipment in a sleigh weighing 135 kg.

Besides the South Pole expedition, Davor successfully completed a number of projects and expeditions: the expedition to the nomad people called Nenet in the north of Siberia and tracking their migration over the frozen river Ob; aerial chronicles of Croatia that took him seven years to shoot, and the photo presentation in the first Croatian National Geographic monograph and a unique outdoor solar-powered exhibition. He spent 23 days in Bolivian Amazonia, an expedition to the area where a man has never set foot before and where Davor was in search of a jaguar. Find out more about Davor on his official site.
